I’m a garage shaper based near Santa Cruz, California — a surf town where the ocean’s rhythm sparks creativity in every board I shape.

Inspired by the diverse breaks from Capitola’s mellow points to the dynamic waves of Steamer Lane and Pleasure Point, I build boards right here in my home shaping bay. I love experimenting — from retro fish and stubby grovelers to channel-bottom twins — always seeking balance between fun, function, and artistic expression.

Every board starts with a spark: a sketch, a curve, a question. Each one gets tested in local surf, revealing new insights. Building is a process — of iteration, refinement, and joy. It’s not about a single formula, but about the journey of discovery and rideable results.
